Christine Col of Move RX: Performance and Wellness

Dr. Christine Col takes a comprehensive approach to care, treating the body as a whole to restore optimal movement and function. With a strong focus on mobility, breathwork, and biomechanics, she integrates Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), soft tissue therapy, and diversified chiropractic adjustments to help her patients move better, feel better, and perform at their best.

Originally from the East Coast, Dr. Col earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from Northeast Health Sciences University (formerly New York Chiropractic College) in 2016. Drawn to the mountains and active lifestyle of British Columbia, she made the move west, first landing in North Vancouver before settling in Kelowna, where she established her own movement-based clinic.

An accomplished athlete, Dr. Col brings firsthand experience to her practice. She is a Nationally Qualified Olympic Weightlifter, former varsity soccer and competitive volleyball player, and has earned podium finishes in local CrossFit and Strongman events. This deep understanding of strength, movement, and recovery allows her to create tailored treatment plans that meet the demands of active individuals and athletes.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Dr. Col perfecting her lifts, teaching mobility classes, skiing, hiking, and exploring the beauty of BC. She believes that movement is a powerful tool for resilience and longevity—and she’s passionate about helping others experience the same.
