Roy Collins – Shareholder & Managing Director
Roy Joined Total Office in 2003 and started the transformation from family business to corporate entity. Securing the Teknion furniture line for the BC Interior was the catalyst for sales growth from under 1 million dollars in 2005 to over 3 million dollars in 2009.
Today Roy is active in business management, corporate relationships, overseeing operations and jointly leads the Total Office team in the BC Interior. He holds a degree in Commerce from the University of British Columbia and has many other corporate and personal achievements, including over 18 years experience in the office furniture business, over 10 years of coaching in the Kelowna Youth Soccer system. Roy is active in the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce serving 4 years as a Director.
Carmen Sparg – Shareholder & Managing Director
Carmen joined Total Office in 2004 and has since contributed to a 300% sales growth in Kelowna over 5 years and has implemented overseeing new corporate planning and systems strategies.
Today Carmen is focused on business management, corporate relationships, oversseing design, customer service and jointly leading the Total Office team in the BC Interior. Carmen is active in the BDC Presidents Roundtable, Kelowna Woman in Business and Kelowna Chamber of Commerce. A new Canadian Citizen, she is a graduate of King Williams Technical Institute with an N3 Senior Commercial Certificate, 9 years of technical experience in the electronics industry and owned a software support and administration business in South Africa. Carmen is a fitness fanatic, involved in numerous community events through her church, sports and school activities.
