At Okanagan Business Referral Group (OBRG) Kelowna our mission is to build strong business relationships with our members, provide support/guidance to grow our businesses with referrals, and to better serve our customers.
Our group has one business of each type to allow for a best exchange of ideas and of course referrals. We believe that word of mouth advertising is the best form of marketing and referrals are the preferred way to do this.
At the Okanagan Business Referral Group we believe that relationships and caring for others are basis for business and life.
At OBRG we not only believe in growing our business at the breakfast table, we run two major business events each year to reach out other business owners that might not have the ability to join us each Thursday morning. Events in the past included “Marketing for today’s Savvy Consumer” and a special presentation from keynote speaker Fred Sarkari. (Make sure to check here for what is up for our next event)
We also believe in giving back , our charities of choice … Access to Employment/People in Motion Program. An organization that helps people with multiple barriers (blindness, physiological and/or health issues etc.) go back to work. We also support Jim Belshaw and the Soles for Souls Canada, raising shoes and money money for foot ware for those less fortunate.
