Being able to envision a major project on a home is always a challenge.
I thought I might be able to help people gain perspective by documenting a major renovation of an existing home and tracking its transformation.
This renovation involves the addition of a carriage house not in the back yard but being constructed as a penthouse suite built above the home utilizing the existing flat roof.
The zoning worked and we decided to reclad the existing home at the same time. For all intense purposes it looks like a new home.
This is reality a real renovation, done in real time, by a contractor with 25 years construction management experience. I hope it provides some helpful information and helps you envision the kind of work Greenwave Construction is a capable of.
